Dimitra Estate produces a small, carefully managed harvest each year. We sell directly to importers, specialty retailers, fine dining establishments, and private clients who care where their oil comes from. Our production is limited — we will not increase volume at the expense of quality — but we are committed to building long-term relationships with partners who understand what this oil is and know how to present it.
